Who are we looking for?

We are seeking driven, high energy individuals, with experience cold calling, project and client management and providing a ‘five-star’ client experience. The individual has ideally worked as an SDR and/or has agency experience, so they understand how to pick up the phone and call prospects, while also knowing how to deliver on time and on scope.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute proven lead-generation strategies for our clients
  • Strategize with clients, leadership, other Campaign Strategists, and Growth Consultants to implement best-in-class strategies
  • Outbound sales campaign copywriting and optimization
  • Prospecting activity on behalf of our clients, this includes email and phone follow up, making 25-50 phone calls per day.
  • Project managing the different aspects and resources of our lead generation systems
  • Maintain tremendous client satisfaction
  • Consistently bring new and innovative recommendations to the table based on data
  • Managing client scope and profitability

Important aspects that you bring to the table:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
  • SDR and/or agency experience
  • Curiosity to ask insightful questions that help you understand a client’s needs
  • The ability to write compelling and engaging sales copy
  • Confidence and exceptional manner over the phone
  • Comfortable managing clients, communicating with them regularly via video call, email and Slack
  • Comfortable pushing back on clients and setting realistic expectations
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Project management experience is a must
  • Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors is a bonus: multi-channel marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, digital and mobile marketing, B2B and B2C sales.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with your level of experience. You will receive a base salary plus a commission structure based on the clients that you’re managing. 5% of retainer revenue, and 5% of performance revenue per client. The OTE for this role is $60,000 - 75,000 depending on experience.
