Who are we looking for?
We are seeking driven, high energy individuals, with experience cold calling, project and client management and providing a ‘five-star’ client experience. The individual has ideally worked as an SDR and/or has agency experience, so they understand how to pick up the phone and call prospects, while also knowing how to deliver on time and on scope.

Compensation is commensurate with your level of experience. You will receive a base salary plus a commission structure based on the clients that you’re managing. 5% of retainer revenue, and 5% of performance revenue per client. The OTE for this role is $60,000 - 75,000 depending on experience.
