Who are we looking for?

We are seeking driven, creative, and passionate individuals, with past experience writing sales oriented copy - or compelling result-driven copy of another form. Ideally, you have experience writing email sequences, and have past success generating high conversion rates with your copy. Sales and/or marketing experience is required in this role.

You should be eager to learn about the sales enablement industry, keep up to date with new advances in the copywriting world, and have a growth-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should be a thoughtful writer, and you should be able to put yourself in the mind of the prospect when writing. You take pride in your abilities, and keep up with performance metrics related to your copy to strive for more. While you take your time and put thoughtful effort into your writing, you know how to deliver on time and on stick to project scope. At the end of the day, although creative and thoughtful, you understand performance and results trump all.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, research, and write outbound sales copy for our clients (typically 5-step email sequences).
  • Work with our in-house Campaign Strategists to improve, optimize and iterate already existing copy, yours or others.
  • Consistently experimenting with new strategies and tools that will drive higher conversion rates.
  • Completing projects on time and on scope, balancing efficient and effective work.
  • Working with the Campaign Strategist team, and other copywriters, to develop best-in-class innovations for outbound sales copy development.
  • Maintain tremendous client satisfaction.
  • Consistently bring new and innovative recommendations to the table based on data.
  • Document learnings and develop repeatable systems for new hires and future teams.

Important aspects that you bring to the table:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed.
  • Ample writing experience, being able to provide examples.
  • Curiosity to ask insightful questions that help you understand a client’s needs.
  • The ability to write compelling, thought-provoking, and engaging sales copy.
  • Agency experience is an asset, or experience on a sales and/or marketing team.
  • Knowledge of any of the following industries: multi-channel marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, digital and mobile marketing, B2B and B2C sales.
