Our focus is on sales process optimization, message development, and performance-based lead generation. We want to empower founders and leaders to control their growth, and ultimately their destiny. This is a fully remote, work from home contract position.

You are a highly motivated individual with experience cold-calling, appointment setting or in lead generation. You’re a self-starter with proven skills that can support and evolve within our fast-paced sales organization. You are relentless in pursuit of great results, coachable, and work hard to achieve your goals - both personally and professionally.

Technical Requirements

  • Must have at least 25 mbps internet speed/wired connection and workspace suitable for work-at-home
  • PC or laptop
    • i5 or higher Processor
    • 8GB or higher RAM

You bring

  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • A growth mindset, desire to learn and succeed, and a coachable attitude
  • Minimum 1-3 years of BPO Experience
  • Superior communication, time management, and presentation skills
  • Advanced follow-up skills via email
  • Adaptability, adapting to changes in the market and updating your scripts as needed
  • A College or University degree from an accredited academic institution or relevant experience in a BPO back office setting

Main responsibilities

  • Make 50+ touchpoints daily and 1000+ total touchpoints EOM on all tickets
  • Keep records of sales activities in CRM system
  • Research on industry trends and customer profiles
  • Suggest ways to improve systems
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings on assigned clients
  • Collaborate with team members to hit targets
  • Contribute to team culture by sharing knowledge & experiences
