Who we are

Revenue Accelerator delivers a predictable sales engine for B2B companies with clients ranging in the tech and professional service industries. Our focus is on sales process optimization, message development, and performance-based lead generation. Our mission is to help great companies, with great products and services, connect with their ideal customer in a consistent, confident, and scalable way. We want to empower founders and leaders to control their growth, and ultimately their destiny. This is a fully remote position, however, we are only able to hire candidates that are legally allowed to and currently reside in, Canada.

You are a highly motivated individual with experience cold-calling, appointment setting or in lead generation. You’re a self-starter with proven skills that can support and evolve within our fast-paced sales organization. You are relentless in pursuit of great results, coachable, and work hard to achieve your goals - both personally and professionally.


    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
    • At least a 3 to 5-year experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
    • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
    • Proven negotiation skills
    • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
    • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
    • Experience with having and reaching sales quotas


    • Work as a team to set sales goals and quotas
    • Manage the entire sales cycle
    • Drive for hitting sales quota
    • Assist in finding prospects and leads
    • Identify new sales opportunities
    • Build strong client relationships
    • Learn new product and services features and benefits
    • Provide professional after-sales support
    • Prepare and present reports on KPIs
    • Keep an organized pipeline/CRM
    • Track daily sales activity
    • Attend daily sales meetings
    • Participate in scheduled sales training
    • Other ad hoc duties as required
